PROMO DETAILS

By sending an entry and therefore participating in Colours GLAM UP FOR THE GRAMMYS PROMO YEAR 3, each participant agrees to follow these Official Rules and to be bound by any decisions made by CIGNAL TV and COLOURS including any interpretations of these official rules.

 

 

PROMO MECHANICS:

1. Go to the official page of Colours on Facebook (facebook.com/colourstvph) and and click on the Glam Up for The Grammys

Promo Year 3 tab.

 

• Upload your #instaglam photo (max of 2MB, jpeg/gif/png) and complete this statement as your caption: COLOURS should pick me to win two tickets to the Grammy Awards because ____________________________.

• Fill in your COMPLETE NAME, AGE, COMPLETE ADDRESS, MOBILE, EMAIL, PASSPORT NUMBER, U.S.VISA NUMBER and CIGNAL ACCOUNT NUMBER.

• Click on the SUBMIT button, wait for the acknowledgement prompt and stay glamorous!

2. Participants must be current Cignal TV/Colours Channel subscribers or any of Colours cable affiliates.

3. Participants / Winners must be 18 years old or older as of January 1, 2016, with a valid passport and US VISA.

4. The contest begins on December 16, 2015 at 6:00 am Philippine time and ends on January 14, 2016 at 11:59pm Philippine time.

Only one winner will be chosen. All entries must be within the contest period to be eligible. If winner’s name is different from the Cignal subscriber on file/account info (winner and account holder must be within one family/household only), Cignal account holder must provide a signed letter authorizing the contest winner to claim the prize, together with a valid ID of both the winner and actual subscriber.

PROMO PRIZE:

Prize is two (2) roundtrip tickets to LA (Manila-Los Angeles-Manila).
Two (2) tickets to the 58th Annual Grammy Awards on February 15, 2016.
Hotel accommodation for 3 nights & 4 days 

Designer Dress plus Colours #glam kit for two

Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.

 

PROMO CRITERIA:

 

Only qualified submissions will be considered. On January 15, 2016, designated representatives of Cignal TV will choose the winner based on these criteria:

 

•Creativity (40%) – uniqueness and quality of entry (photo, also of the caption)

•Adherence to theme (40%) – entry should conform to the theme #INSTAGLAM, meaning “instant glamorous”

•Overall impact (20%) – general bearing of the entry (photo and caption)

All prize winners will be announced on the Cignal website (https://www.cignal.tv) and its social media accounts on January 16, 2016.

The decisions of Cignal representatives shall be final and binding on all aspects of the contest.

 

The prize winner will be informed by their registered mail , via telephone call and snail mail (official congratulatory letter).


ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS:

1. Participants must be current Cignal digital TV/Colours Channel residential subscribers (Postpaid subscribers should be connected and Prepaid subscribers should not be churned). 

2. Participants / Winners must be 18 years old or older as of January 1, 2016, with a valid passport and US VISA.

3. Employees, agents, Territory Partners (including their relatives up to second degree of consagunuity  or affinity) of Cignal TV, Inc., MediaQuest Holdings, Inc., and its divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and others associated with the contest, are not permitted to participate in the contest.

4. Where a contest requires the participant to submit any content, by sending a submission, each participant agrees to the following eligibility requirements:
 

a. No submission shall directly or indirectly appear to or actually promote or advertise any person, entity, product or service other than the participant, the sponsors of this contest, Cignal TV and Colours channel or any of its affiliates;

b. No participant shall make any trademark use or any other unauthorized use of any third party's name, logo, trademark or service mark in any submission or infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other legal or moral rights of any third party in any submission;

 

c. The participant has received permission from any person whose likeness appears in the submission, or from such person's parent or legal guardian if such person is under 18.

 

d. No submission shall contain any unlawful, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, cruel, threatening, abusive, harassing, bullying, stalking, hateful, vulgar, racially or ethnically-motivated, invasive of another's privacy, of poor quality, or otherwise objectionable, unfit for publication, posting, or otherwise dissemination for public viewing element, all of the above as determined by Cignal TV and Colours channel in its sole discretion;

 

e. No submission shall make any visual or audio references implicitly or explicitly to alcoholic beverages, tobacco, drug paraphernalia, firearms, or any depiction or representation thereof, or be perceived as giving or threatening to give rise to criminal or civil liability, encouraging conduct that might constitute a criminal offense, or encouraging or providing instructional information about illegal activities; and

 

f. All rights in and to the submission (excluding references to the sponsors of this contest, if any, the Channel or any of its affiliates or Cignal TV) shall be fully owned or otherwise controlled by the participant.

 

By participating in the contest, except where prohibited by applicable mandatory law, each participant hereby grants to the Cignal TV, Colours, its affiliates, successors, licensees, assignees and their authorized designees, a perpetual, fully-paid, royalty-free, transferable, fully sublicenseable, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, adapt, translate, reproduce, edit, modify, create derivative works from, combine with other works, post, transmit, perform, display, publish, communicate, communicate to the public, broadcast, reformat, make available, disseminate, distribute, and/or otherwise aurally and/or visually exploit (any one or more of the foregoing referred to as "Use") the submission (if applicable), and the participant's name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, performance, rendering, signature, silhouette, sounds and/or biographical data contained therein and/or in the registration information accompanying the participant's contest entry, in any media, manner, technology or content delivery mechanism now known or hereinafter devised, for any purpose, including, without limitation, in connection with the contest, its administration, judging, advertising and/or publicity, and in connection with the promotion, advertising, publicity and/or other exploitation of the Cignal and Colours channel, without the necessity of further consent or additional consideration.

By participating in the contest, each participant agrees to sign any further documentation requested by the Cignal TV or Colours channel consistent with these Official Rules.

Prizes cannot be negotiated, refunded or exchanged, and by no means will a cash equivalent be given. Only a selected entrant and not any other person or agent, may claim the prize. The winning entrant will need to present proof of identification in the event of selection.

 

CLAIMING OF PRIZE:

 

Go to Cignal office located at 8/F The Net One Center, 3rd Avenue corner 26th St. BGC, Taguig City or at any national TP offices near you and meet with the Content Marketing Team / Cignal represenattive.

 

CLAIMING REQUIREMENTS:

 

Valid ID, Passport + US VISA, Updated Cignal TV Statement of Account, Birth Certificate and Official Cignal Congratulatory Letter
